In consideration of the imminent expiry of the authorization of all judges resident in Italy and Europe (the validity of the NRHA card is two years), IRHA will promote a FISE/NRHA judges seminar and a Steward seminar on February 2-5, 2023.
This year the course will be divided into three sections: Two days for the Seminar, one day for the Steward seminar and 3 days for the School.
The Seminar will take place on Thursday 2 February from 10.00 and Friday 3 February 2023. The test will take place on Saturday 4 February (morning)

in relation to the scores achieved during the seminar exam, these persons could be able to access the next NRHA School, without however being assigned any title of Judge, or even not be considered suitable for access to the next School.

The School (Only for those who wants to renew their NRHA Judge status and all those who have passed the NRHA Seminar exam in a previous seminar will be eligible to attend the School) will take place February 3-4-5, 2023 with testing that will take place during the seminar, starting at 10.00 on Friday 3 and ending on Sunday 5 by 17.00.
At the end of the School session and the related exams, the candidates retained suitable will be able to obtain or maintain the title of NRHA "worldwide" judge.
Also this year there is the possibility, reserved only for those who do not currently have the status of judge, to participate in the course only as auditors, without taking the final exam. Participation as auditors will NOT allow you to obtain the status of Judge. The possibility of participating as an auditor is organized with the intention of offering an opportunity to improve their knowledge of the Reining discipline to those who do not intend to obtain the Judge’s Status. The auditors will be able to participate in the seminar on February 2-3 and for them there is no obligation to be 25 years of age.
To participate in the seminar, the candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Age 25 for NRHA on the seminar starting date.
- Being an NRHA member for at least the last two calendar years (at least from January 30, 2021). (This requirement is necessary only to become an official NRHA judge and to have the recognition of participation in the seminar).
- The NRHA card as well as the IRHA card for the year 2023 can be paid on site.
WE REMEMBER THAT ALL INTERESTED PEOPLE WILL BE ABLE TO TAKE PART IN THE COURSE, EVEN THOSE NOT IN POSSESSION OF AN NRHA CARD IN THE LAST TWO YEARS, HOWEVER PARTICIPATION IN THE SEMINAR WILL NOT BE OFFICIALLY RECOGNIZED.

For those wishing to use the hotel restaurant during the lunch break, it is now possible to book a quick buffet lunch at a special price of € 27.00.
However, as regards any overnight stay, it is not included in the costs and we ask you, if you are interested, to contact the hotel directly, quoting the agreement for "IRHA Corso Giudici Reining" to obtain the agreed discounted rates.
Membership cards (IRHA and NRHA) will also need to be paid for separately.

If after confirming your registration it is not possible for you to participate in the seminar, you will be refunded the entire amount paid, net of a cancellation fee of € 50.00.
