2020 NRHA European Futurity Consolation Tuesday

Cremona, May 18—The 2020 National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) European Futurity held in Cremona, Italy, in conjunction with the IRHA Futurity, wrapped up the qualifying process today with the Open and Non Pro Consolation. Those eligible to compete had one more chance to earn a ticket to the Finals.

Following a tight battle, the final contenders vying for the prestigious titles were determined bringing back 54 horse-rider combinations to the € 160,623,14-added European Open Futurity (17 in the L4; 20 in the L3; 20 in the L2; 14 in the L1) Finals and 37 to the €69.707,20-added Non Pro Futurity Finals (16 in the L4; 17 in the L3; 20 in the L2 and 18 in the L1).

The NRHA European Futurity is open to 4-year-old horses nominated in the NRHA European Nomination Program. The 2020 edition, postponed to 2021 following the pandemic, counted €135.810,00 nomination money in the Open and €58.204,29 in the Non Pro.
