Parma, 13 August 2020

Dear Members,

The last DPCM AUGUST provides the possibility of organizing fairs and events and confirms the possibility to offer sport events as well.

Despite the critical issues related to the pandemic, the pavilions of CREMONAFIERE are ready to welcome and host the first special event of the season in the best way.

G. DOARDO's TFY logistics organizer and the IRHA board have worked hard to be ready for this show and will adopt all the measures and protocols in force in order to protect the health of riders and professionals.

Attached are the procedures for managing the event and a disciplinary individual conduct to which each participant must comply.

While looking forward to a high number of participants, the amount of added money provided by IRHA’s operating budget could however vary in the event of a significant reduction in entries.

DERBY: in the case of a 20% decrease in entries (in comparison to the entries of previous years) the added money provided from IRHA’s operating budget could vary from the projected € 90,000 added down  to not less than € 55,000 and the cost of registrations will have a proportionate decrease.

MATURITY: in the case of a 20% decrease in entries (in camparison to the entries of previous years) the added money provided from IRHA’s operating budget could vary from the projected € 60,000 added down to not less than € 40,000 and the cost of registrations will have a proportionate decrease.

FUTURITY: in the case of a 20% decrease in entries (in comparison to the entries of the previous years) the added money provided from IRHA’s operating budget could vary from the projected  € 300,000 added down  to not less than € 180,000 and the cost of registrations will have a proportionate decrease.

Of course, if the numbers remain the same as in previous years and / or there will be only a minimum decrease, the expected added will be absolutely respected.

Looking forward to meet you all in Cremona, our best regards

IRHA board
