2025 NRHA European Futurity Presented by DeNiroBootCo: Non Pros Hit the Ground in Cremona

Cremona, 20 May—The first section of the $300.000-Added National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) European Futurity Non Pro Qualifier launched the 17th edition of the event open to 4-year-old horses enrolled in the NRHA Nomination Program.

Leading the Level (L)4 division with a 2I6 was Anna-Maria Zehetbauer riding SS Gunnafreezeya (NRHA $3 Million Sire SG Frozen Enterprize x Gunnaoutfoxya).
The mare, owned and nominated by Zeidelhof Reining Horses and bred by Silver Spurs Equine, is an NRHA/Markel Elite Yearling Sale grad.

The American Paint Horse Association (APHA) Chrome Cash incentive program returned this year offering a $1.000 bonus across all levels of the Open and Non Pro divisions. Topping the first section of the L4 European Futurity Non Pro APHA Chrome Cash Qualifier with a 204 score was Gregory Morat riding Artemide Spatwhiz 76 (NRHA $10 Million Sire Spooks Gotta Whiz x RS Countach Olena), a mare owned by BO Ranch, bred and nominated by Alfredo Di Caro. The second section of the Non Pro will be held on Wednesday 21, and will be followed by the first section of the $700.000-Added European Futurity Open Qualifier.

The NRHA European Futurity, held during the 38th edition of the International Salone del Cavallo Americano held at CremonaFiere, also offered the World Reining 2025 Qualifiers.

On Friday 23, the second edition of the International Derby Para Reining will welcome para reiners from across Europe vying for the prestigious title.
